Chronic Pain Relief Massage Technique      add $15 to Swedish Massage

This technique helps to relieve chronic pain in targeted areas and to restore muscle memory. It is used to alleviate ailments including carpal tunnel syndrome, tendinitis, and chronic lower back pain. This technique can only be used during a Swedish massage.

Deep Tissue Massage     $90 – 1 hour

This technique is for guests who require a more intensive massage. Deeper finger pressure is used to ease chronic muscular tension in the deeper layers of muscle tissue. This is not a full body massage.

Warm Healing Stone Therapy       $125 – 1 hour

Relieve tense muscles and sore joints through a combination of earth elements. Aromatic oils penetrate deep into muscles, after which long, flowing strokes with warm stones create a unique massage experience. Finally, warm stones placed on select chakra points help increase energy flow, leaving you feeling rested and rejuvenated.

Prenatal Massage       $90 – 45 minutes

Full Swedish body massage designed to accommodate the health, circulation and well being of expectant mothers. Please confer with your doctor prior to booking an appointment.

Reflexology      $50 – 30 minutes

The massage therapist uses a technique that involves working on the specific pressure points on the soles of the feet that correspond to the vital organs of the body.

Your esthetician will customize an exfoliating body scrub to remove rough skin and increase circulation. Then remain lying as your esthetician uses the hand held Vichy shower to rinse and massage you, leaving your skin soft and glowing.

Aroma Relaxing Body Wrap      $90 – 1 hour

Your full body is exfoliated and polished. A 100% natural body balm is massaged on your body, then you are wrapped with a warm, creamy clay and papaya body masque.

Aroma Flow Wrap      $90 – 1 hour

This unique treatment features a friction massage using 100% natural plant based powder mixed with soft lemon pepper and savory body balm. This treatment is designed for those with poor circulation.

Aroma Detoxifying Wrap      $90 – 1 hour

Your body is exfoliated with natural herbal powder, followed by an algae wrap that helps drain toxins and treat cellulite. A great accompaniment to any weight loss program.
